Terms of Use

These terms describe the permitted use of SETTIVRA, a private software tool for P2P accounting, reconciliation and automation using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

Private, authorized use

Use of the private tool is limited to the owner and collaborators specifically authorized by the owner. This website does not offer public registration, a subscription or a publicly available trading service. Viewing this informational website does not create a paid service agreement.

Purpose and limitations

SETTIVRA supports transaction recordkeeping and related automation. It does not provide investment advice, custody, brokerage or exchange services. Exchange transactions remain subject to the relevant platform's rules and the user's own decisions.

Permissions and responsibilities

Users must have authority to access the Google resources, exchange accounts and records used in their workflow. They are responsible for safeguarding credentials, checking accounting results and complying with applicable obligations and third-party terms. Do not use the tool to access another person's data without authorization.

Accuracy and availability

API availability, permissions, delays and software errors can affect the completeness or accuracy of records. Automated output must be reconciled with original exchange and bank records before being relied upon. The tool is provided as available, without a guaranteed service level or a promise of uninterrupted operation.

Data and access

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Google authorization can be revoked through the Google account settings. The owner may change or discontinue private access and functionality. Revocation does not itself remove previously retained records.

Questions and changes

Authorized collaborators should contact the owner through their existing private communication channel for questions about the tool or these terms. These terms may be updated as the private tool changes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
