Privacy Policy

SETTIVRA is a private accounting and automation tool operated by its owner for P2P transaction recordkeeping. It connects configured Google Sheets and Google Apps Script resources with the owner's authorized workflow. It is not a public exchange or a public account registration service.

Information used by the tool

The private workflow processes transaction records such as dates, fiat and digital asset amounts, bank labels, order IDs, exchange names and order status. These records may contain personal or financial information.

Google integration uses OAuth credentials and the Google resources authorized by the account owner. Depending on the permissions granted, this can include spreadsheet contents, Apps Script source code and project metadata. Authorized administrative operations can also involve script versions, deployments, executions and related configuration. Permission to access an API does not mean every available operation is enabled.

Why Google access is requested

Google API access supports the configured accounting workflow: reading and reconciling spreadsheet records, inspecting and maintaining the relevant Apps Script project, and performing specifically enabled updates or automation. Access is subject to the account owner's consent, the permissions granted and the tool's configured resource restrictions.

Storage and processing

Accounting records remain in the configured Google Sheets and related Google services. The private integration also operates on an owner-controlled server, which holds the OAuth configuration and may hold project source backups and operational records. Authorized collaborators may see records made available to them by the owner. This public informational website does not provide access to private transaction records or Google credentials.

Service providers and disclosure

The workflow uses Google services, the configured exchange APIs and the owner's server infrastructure. This informational website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes web requests to deliver and protect the site. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.

Google user data is used for the private workflow described here, not sold or used for advertising, credit decisions or training generalized AI or machine learning models. Any transfer to an authorized processing service must support that workflow and comply with Google's applicable user data requirements.

Google API user data

SETTIVRA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Control, retention and deletion

The Google account owner can review and revoke SETTIVRA's authorization in Google Account connections. Revoking access stops subsequent access under that authorization; it does not automatically delete existing spreadsheets, source backups or other retained records.

Records and backups are retained under the owner's control for the private accounting workflow. No fixed automatic deletion period is stated. Authorized collaborators should direct access, correction or deletion requests to the owner through their existing private communication channel. Requests must identify the relevant records and can require identity or authority verification.

Website and updates

This website has no registration form, advertising scripts or application analytics added by SETTIVRA. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information. This policy may be updated when the private workflow changes; the date above identifies the current published version.
